All my contests and prizes disappeared off my iPhone!!!! How do I get them to come back? I’ve always saved my progress through Facebook and email.

I have the same issue. All of my gold bars disappeared, there is no longer the option to watch a video for a spin. The game has completely changed.

Hi @Hannah_Francois_ Have you lost both all stored Boosters and no live events are no longer appearing?

@Marciab22 If your Gold Bars disappeared, then email Player Support so they can check up what happened. Gold Bars are saved on your Facebook or King account like your progress. So if you lost your Gold Bars you should have lost all played levels as well.
