Hello, I don't know if someone else is having this problem.
I saw videos with another versions, but I play on the PC and mobile phone, and on this level, which you have several keys to get, I can get the first yellow key at the top right corner
But after that move no more keys are available in the game, the other keys remain locked, so I get stuck and can't finish the game.
Can anyone help me with this please?

The video that you've posted unlocks the key topleft, it doesn't anymore at the moment. I think this is another glitch on King's end.

I know, even I don't know how to play because I can't. I am happy to pass it on. The studio should take care of it. Please have some patience. Today is Sunday.
Please keep your game up to date and clear the cache. You can also avoid difficulties with this !!! Just a tip from me.

Please let me know about your device, game version. Then I'll ask you to do a few troubleshooting checks.

Hello @Sukanta_Biswas it's happening on my laptop and mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy J3 dual sim 2017)
The version of my game is the last one (1.1720.1.0), yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled again but nothing happened.

@Sukanta_Biswas That second key is locked, How is supposed to open it?

Since the key is in the crystal case, so it is shown locked.If you break the crystal case, the key will be unlocked.😊
