It’s Candy Crush Saga, I’ve highlighted the issue, normally when you get past 180 coins it gives you boosters and resets itself. Mine has been stuck now for about a week?

Still did not answer the problem. I have switched my device off and on, logged out and back in, all to no avail

The Sugar Drop feature is almost dead. The feature is taken from the game, if it's available within your game, we can't say for sure that it will work properly. Perhaps you are using an older app version so you can find the feature, but you may not find the feature after updating the app.
