As soon as I start this level, before even taking first move, it crashes with "Level Failed" and "Not enough Order Targets Available". I've seen this before when not enough chocolate to finish a game, but just to be clear here heres what happens
1) Press play (or Retry) to enter level
2) straight away error message "Oops"
3) Game ends with"Level Failed" and "Not enough Order Targets Available".
4) 18 moves still remain
5) Googling the screen presentation of the level appears different to captures on the Web, something I haven't seen before.
Any ideas please

I haven't been able to even start the board before I get the 'no targets' message. I could see it if I was making a mistake in the game but I've blown through 3 days of turns with the same message without playing a single move every time. Losing because I stink is one thing. Losing because the game won't let me play isn't fun.

Hi there!
You also have to clear the cache via PC. Go to your menu - Settings. Search it please. Clear cache is often helpful. Do you have window 10? Then you can download apps. That would help. Because at the end of the year the Flash player will be switched off.

I checked the level and I did not find any problem at the level.
Check out the troubleshooting I provided below.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Update Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
- Click Relaunch.
If you're still not done, follow the step below..
Reset the Google Chrome Web Browser to Default Settings
- Click the menu icon next to the address bar.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the Advanced link.
- Scroll to the bottom of the expanded page and click the Reset button.
- Click the Reset button in the pop-up window.
