I have lost my current level on my second device.

I have been playing Candy crush on past last 7 years and I have cleared 6000+ levels. I play this on two devices, but currently I have lost my resent level from my laptop and taking me 100 level behind. I hv tried to log on and off many times as it said on FAQ section but result is still same.

Please help me out, I don't want to lose my 1000+ level just because this error.
