Hi all. I haven't been able to connect to play my candy crush saga or bubble witch 3 saga for days and days. My iphone software is up to date. I turned the phone off and on, checked app store to make sure I have the latest version, uninstalled the game and reinstalled (only to use all my boosters), changed my password, and none of these fixed the issue. Do you have any other suggestions or know how much longer before connection issues will be fixed? Thank you!!
Hello @Momsy2 , I have been hearing from other members having the same problem. There is nothing wrong with your device. We are having some work done and hope your game will be back up and running as soon as possible.

Yes!! I get that message in candy crush and my profile doesn’t load so I can’t save the game :/ also “no connection “ error message in BubbleWitch3. Hopefully will be fixed soon. Thanks 😊

This is being looked into by the tech team and it's the same issue that happens in several games.
I will post any updates or more info on this on the thread as soon as I have any news on this.
BubbleWitch3 tells me I have no connection for a couple of days now. Is there a problem?
If you get the same error message in Bubble witch 3, then the issue is the same that is being looked into.

Just checking to see if any progress has been made to fix connection issues in candy crush.
