I still have no Internet connection even though I have full Internet on my phone, get messages saying they are looking into it but still nothing for 3 weeks

  Try restart ur phone, check for latest version n use wifi n data to try.

  OK I have tried all that I even uninstalled it then reinstalled it I had to start all over again
