Well, I updated the application and it appeared to me that logging in again and when I got to play appreciates as if I had already logged in, I don't know what that is due to, and so I outdated it to the version I had and I was going to log in and it appeared that my session is open?
excuse me because in my candy cruch account not all levels are saved I go to level 468 and I am migrating all the data from my phone to another but when I put my account on the other phone it tells me that I am going on level 410 I got off the level where I was on the other phone. I don't know how to recover?
@Javier1 on your original phone make sure you signed in and all progress saved. You need to sign out of your account then. Then on new phone sign in with exact same account should sync your levels and gold bars. If not you will need to contact support at bottom of the page and they might manually be able to set your level.

If the problem is the same, please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
