@JulieHale, only way to get your levels back is create a new king or facebook log in / account and contact customer support (from contact us at bottom of page. If you explain you have closed your facebook account and what level you was on they can manually restore you to your level. You will need your King ID to contact them this can be found when you go to log out you will see a king sign just above your avatar/picture . double click this and it will give you your game ID ( displayed in numbers)
