pc are you playing on king.com (outdated only goes upto 1070 levels) i think. Facebook all you stuff should be synced from you fb or king account login or or win10 app, also should sync with king or fb account login. If you having problems playing through internet browser clear the cache and restart your computer when you log back in should sort any problems

How do you clear the cache?

google top right hand corner (mines red arrow) click on this go to more tools >clear browsing data leave on basic but delete to the beginning of time .wait for it to finish restart your pc then sign back into Game. This will clear all your browsing history
