I lost all my booster

Hello!!!

Due to a bug of the system (was not connecting to the server anymore) I had to reinstall the app. When I log in with my user, the game recognise the level and progress but I lost all my booster! I had lot of them (9/10 each) How can I recover it?

    @chicca5 if mobile device you cannot get back as boosters are stored on the device itself

    You can't if you deleted the app and reinstalled it.

    Hi @chicca5 and welcome to our Community!

    Deleting the app will also delete Lives and Boosters since they are not backed up to Facebook or your King account.

    If you lost any purchased items, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get them resent.
