Hello @ayubi and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. I also play the game on my iPhone and I am currently connected to Facebook. Please click on the link below and follow the instructions and hopefully your ability to connect to Facebook again will return.
Cannot connect game to Facebook on a mobile device
Same problem.. can’t connect to Facebook or king.com - a red drop down happens now that states "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit." Have force closed the app.. checked for updates, rebooted tablet (I-Pad Pro). Nothing is working. Worked fine yesterday. Can log into FB separately & Candy Crush Friends is working just fine.
Thank You Crazy Cat Lad for trying to help. I’m still having the exact same problem after trying all recommended fixes/suggestions on almost a daily basis. I really miss playing! The game opens but I have no connection still between my game and King/Facebook. I’m wondering if it’s a problem game-wide with the specific Server that hosts my game and that of many others who are having the same issue. I say this because if I try to open the Chocolate-Box.. I get an Error-Message stating that it couldn’t connect to Server. I’m not sure if this could be forwarded to the Developers to possibly look into? Years ago while doing web-design for a gaming league.. occasionally a single Host-Server would fail and only effect certain people while others had no issues at all. Just a thought.
