Boosters disappeared

Yesterday all my boosters disappeared after I passed level 6762. I have logged out and logged in again. I didn't change my device or uninstalled the app.  The boosters are still not there. Can you please restore my boosters. Thanks

    Boosters are stored locally in the device memory so they can be deleted for any reason.

    If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Give it a try, if you can get some refunds.

    And you didn't do either of those two things, b/c you know all about that BS by now.

    I don't love candy crush anymore. It was much more fun when there were boosters and better build a bots. I've been playing for a lot of years. I'm at level 6717 and my take on all of these new changes is that you don't want winners. That's fine. Maybe I'll check back at some point to see if you've gone back to being fun, but it's probably a sign that it's time for me to move on. Thanks for the good times.

    Wow, that's totally messed up; but (if boosters were bought) click here & provide all details.

    Otherwise, you're basically SOL about that.

    King are very stingy when it comes to earned boosters, they prefer players to buy 'em.

    That's why they're making new levels (& redesigning old ones) the way they are now; players practically have to pay to stay on the top levels...
