Gold bars are stored directly in the game account, and gold bars can be synced to any device.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

My phone died while playing, after recharge went back to my game and they were gone. I logged out and back in and still nothing. I shut my phone off and turned it back on. Nothing
I didn't uninstall and reinstall. Should I try that?
And I don't see where I can email them from my phone in settings. When I go to settings it took me here.
