Our Player Support sent you an email on 1 April regarding this.
In case you didn't receive the email, the purchase that was made in your game on 21 March and was a purchase of 20 Gold Bars. It was made by you or someone that has access to your Facebook account. The 20 Gold Bars were also used on Extra Moves on 7 April.
If you didn't make the purchase, please make sure no one else has access to your Facebook account or your computer. I suggest you change the password on your Facebook and do not share your computer with others. You can also remove your payment details from your Facebook account to avoid any unauthorised purchases.
Player Support didn't refund it because the purchase was correctly made and all Gold Bars were also used in your game.
