Hi @mannysingh Welcome to the King Community.
You cannot log in to the game via email directly. You will need to create a Kingdom account using the email and then you can save the game with this Kingdom account.
You can easily save the game via Facebook, Check HERE.
There is no connection to the game with the Apple account.
If you've already saved the game on Facebook, check it out here.

Help why is it still saying connection error when it’s been like 5 months? I want to save my games. I am up to 986 on one and 1100 on the other. Help
The problem has already been Reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
When this issue is resolved you can contact our Player Support if you can get some booster back.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
