When I go to the game it opens to one color bomb, one striped and one wrapped. A licorice separates all so there are no moves and the games ends. I shouldn't have a color bomb, at all

    Rhanda mine is exactly the same, it's not giving me the 3 green candies and can't untick boosters, have lost 10 lives and nothing happening

    @Sukanta_Biswas sorry to be a pain but still getting unplayable level. does not give you option to use boosters, but when i start game i have boosters and game not startable. I have restarted but still same problem, I have timed boosters at moment for another half hour so dont know if thats causing the problem, but level start screen shows no boosters

    @Rhanda you dont play level with any boosters make sure you uncheck all boosters before playing. need starting screen like kiara has shown you

    That's why I was reporting this. I used up lives and sugar bombs until I found out that this was a 'technical error' and I knew it was supposed to throw a sugar bomb. Your response was not helpful but it seems the system has been fixed so I guess that is all

    @Daisymoo have you checked your device is upto date and have you restarted it. Fix for this has been reported

    To be the first Introduced with Rainbow Twists, the levels have not given you the chance to use Pre-game boosters. If you get a chance to use pre-game boosters, it will be level error.

    You probably got an error in that level due to a temporary problem.

    In that case of such problems, the solution is found by restarting the device after logging out of the game.

    @Sukanta_Biswas Win 10 app been resarted and up to date.

    Just automatically gives you boosters dont know why. you cannot select any

    First of all, the cause of the problem is the color bomb.

    There is no opportunity to use pre-game booster so there will be no color bombs.

    Build a bot will not be effective at this level so there is no possibility of color bomb.

    So how did the color bomb come about?

    Look at your inventory, Probably a free time booster active (CB).😀
