Hi cosmicgirl and everyone else, regarding the unlimited lives, I only play candy crush saga and it just started that day. If you have trouble getting updated events you might try going into your main phone settings, clear your candy crush cache than force stop than restart your phone. Sometimes it helps reboot and find updates. I do this a lot to keep my memory open and battery usage down too. Good Luck and hope this helped!!
