I been trying for over month now to get my level back deleted my Facebook account was on level 2704 now days in level 23 I been going back forth with these reps they don’t read

THAT I DONT HAVE NY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT so I can’t login to get back to my game been saying it they can’t help don’t bs me and they still doing not gonna lie great game but I’m not going to play or I’m make sure any chance I can’t let people know that they don’t give crap to help so don’t play there games I will

Im on level 5676 and its impossible when it starts i have zero moves and game over ive been buying stuff today so its

kinda not fair to lose what ive bought because its an stupid level. Why does this happen and what about what ive spent today ive uploaded a pic for you to see

Level 5676

To be the first Introduced with Rainbow Twists, the levels have not given you the chance to use Pre-game boosters. If you get a chance to use pre-game boosters, it will be level error.

Free pre-game booster or Build a bot are not supposed to be effective at this level. You can try this level when no free booster is active on your inventory.

First please connect the game to a King account. If you don't have that yet, please create one with your email address in the game.

Then let me know your Game ID and I will manually restore the levels on your new account.

I started a game on a certain day and found out I was moved to level 6275 this would have been a good thing for me though Buh it isn't even working in mean I can't use any booster before or during the game I can only play 1-417 and as at now other levels are not open for me I have no fantastic five no daily booster no weekly races etc.my pointment is it need the game to be taken back to my original level which is 427with all my due bonuses and boosters

@Crazy Cat Lad I have done all this my game I’d is I even had create another Facebook account with diff email them my old one my user I’d is 11582426433 I have been told I loose my high score I don’t care about that I want be back at level 2704 again not one or 23
