If so I sincerely apologise on behalf of King as they are experiencing problems with their system at the moment and are taking longer than normal to respond to support issues. I also notice that you are referring to Candy Crush Saga rather than CCJelly Saga. Have you checked out the Candy Crush Saga player support area to see if there could be any answers to your issues there as each game has an individual area. My name is Carole. I thought playing candy crush was fixed. It isn’t. I have spent allot of money to play this game. I am frustrated with what is going on. Today, May 4th I bought more gold bars. This cost me $9.99. Tired of spending money and not getting what I ordered. Needed to buy hammers. I didn’t get them, yet 19 gold bars came out the gold bars. I can’t keep spending money. If I have to call amazon I will. I want bars and hammers back in my account. Thanks
