Video ads are not available

I'm not getting video ads to gain a free spin.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

The video ads are presented to a group of random players, so some may not have it. Please be patient as they will change groups. So you get some. It depends on the player groups and the devices.🤗

I get the option to watch a ad to get extra lives but when I click on it, the screen goes black, why ??

I had updated on April 14/2020 but still not ads opening, they were before, don't know why not opening anymore ???

If you are playing on an app, you will likely need to uninstall and install it. When uninstalling, boosters and lives can be lost. But maybe you will still be helped. You can also like to wait for now.
