If you didn't get your purchase you will need to report the problem or dispute the purchase.
How to do this depends on the device you play on since King do not handle the purchases nor have access to your payment details. If you play on an iPhone/ iPad, report the problem to Apple through your Apple-ID.If you play on Android, contact Google Play Support etc.
