How do I get my 26 gold bars I was forced to use to pass the level before it was fixed refunded?

In order to not lose my streak, I had to use gold bars to purchase more moves twice before enough licorice fell onto the board to beat the level.

You really release a level that is fundamentally flawed and unwinnable, take boosters and gold bars that people have paid for, then say, "Oopsie! Our bad!" but do nothing else?

i wish people will take ownership of the decision you made to use boosters or gold bars or whatever. Sure I lost my boosters and gold bars too but no body made me use them. Man up with ur decision! So sick of it

@rmur23 people who have completed the quest still not get there boosters, so do not think it would of mattered if you could have completed the quest

it really is not fair people using up gold bars on levels that are faulty are not replaced if it can be proven, but community does not deal with this , has to be done through customer services, which is not the easiest thing to do.Boosters mostly free so cannot see them being replaced at all. Think king needs to go back to drawing board and start bringing out quality not quantity

Unfair to slate people for feeling entitled and voicing their opinion.

These players made informed decisions to use their gold bars / boosters, based on being assured that every level is possible. Surely if you paid good money to purchase a game, then the people who sold it to you said it doesn't exist, you would feel entitled to something back.

I find these posts unhelpful and offensive.

@memeneme you opinion but i would be unhappy using gold bars if the level is impossible to win due to no fault of my own. the level was faulty.
