I have contacted Player Support multiples times and every time all I receive is an automatically generated response (that doesn't relate at all to the problem I contacted them about) followed by a survey asking how their customer care team did.
It's absolutely absurd how terrible King's customer support is. Has anyone actually heard back from a real person about the actual problem they're trying to resolve? Anyone? Ever?

You might want to start a new post instead of adding on to an old post. That way you will get help for the level you need. There is great help here and welcome to the community but I do advise you start a new post by using the ask a question button. Good luck with the game.
