Getting message about needing to be connected to internet again.

I am getting the message that internet is needed to collect rewards, spin wheel and open F5. I am playing on FB on my computer on the internet. I signed into community and that used to do it after a refresh Any suggestions?

@ have you tried clearing the cache of the internet browser ( probably best to beginning of time) and restarting then sign in

I have to clear caches on my computer regularly( due to some online games I play) When this happened before this was an issue on their side, usually after an update or something. When I made them aware of it they fixed it before.

Worked earlier today for me! I also did a hard rest on my phone.
