Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - General Questions - Contact us and send them an email.

I checked this with Verve and they will give out the Gold Bars to all players the next few weeks.
They will let you know when they have been uploaded to your game.
So, the Gold Bars are on the way...

It’s from Verve marketing, called Candy Treats online marketing community. The survey email was from King.

I emailed them and they said to ask my question on the Forum 🙄. I still don't know what's going on with this Verve Voices thing, if it's legitimate or not! I've emailed them, as well, and no response. Verve Voices is based in the U.K., anybody heard of them?
