Why are my gifts from friends (lives) disappearing??
I had 700 extra lives a few weeks ago. That dropped to 200. Yesterday I had 25 gifts from friends, today I log in and I only have two! I haven't used them and they have never disappeared before. Can someone tell me what is happening? I'm playing on a laptop on Facebook using Chrome. Thank you.

This is info from one of the superstars
Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.
This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

Thank you Freddy but none of that happened. I didn't reinstall, restart, change my profile, nothing. I went to bed with 25 lives/gifts and when I opened up my computer today, there were only two.

Also, I have two accounts. My other account was unaffected. I play both on my laptop using the same browser. So, why would it have happened to one and not the other if it was because the computer restarted or the app was re-installed etc?

Something is really wrong with the game lately. I have uninstalled, reinstalled three times and nothing is working. It's getting old!!!!! losing my lives, etc.
Get things fixed please!!!!

I have never known anyone with so much extra lives given by friends. The most I receive is just two as in number 2. Good for you but sad, you lost them..

I have many friends who play and they send lives daily.

I lost all my lives atleast every other day. And my game freezes all the time. And No I have not updated any thing either. Something is wrong. It happens on my laptop and phone. So its the game. They need to fix this problem
