Not getting daily prize. Stuck on day 1

No Daily prize upgrade for 5 days now. Stuck on day 1 prize!
Using Windows 10 and Facebook. I have tried logging out, and restarting the game, but no joy!

@bluemoon4ever try clearing you internet browser cache / history to begining of time and restart your pc. see if this helps

Did all that, and still stuck on Day 1

@bluemoon4ever ive had this happen a few times and always found clearing the cache has sorted the problem. starts back on day 1 but then continues as normal. if your up to date and done the restart, not sure what this could be. Will tag @Sukanta_Biswas he may be able to help you more

Once you've logged into the game, your Treat Calendar will start from the first day.
Saving your login in the browser will make your calendar work properly.
When you log in to Facebook, you will get this option.
When it is saved, bookmark the page.
If you always start the game by clicking on the bookmark, the Treat Calendar will work properly.

I am currently level 1200+ and have been getting the daily treat regulary until recently. Now it just seems to be stuck. The Bonus wheel just gives me the same thing every day. I will see how it goes in 11 hours when I a due for the next treat?!

another issue ... if i restart the game (reload) it takes me back to when I first logged on for that day apart from the level that is correct. My Daily Win Sticker is -1 from when i last played it, then if i play another level and complete it, it thinks that its my first win of the day .... again!!! Consequently I am stuck on 2 stickers for the last 5 days as well as my Daily Treat being stuck on day 1

@bluemoon4ever sounds like you need to try Sukantas advice above and book mark the page now this worked for many. As for daily win sticker there has been issues with this for a week mine totally disappeared. They are looking into this and we are awaiting news, so can see why that might not be acting correctly

Do you think I type in the address each time i start the game??? Of course I have it bookmarked ...
it doesnt matter whether I click on the bookmark, or start typing apps.facebook/candycrush - both ways end up with the same conclusion. The days play resets as if I am playing the first level of the day, but keeps the level I left before I restarted the game.
I guess I shall have to find another game that works properly, as this game doesnt inspire me to spend any monies on it.

The Timer expires for day 2 on the treat calendar, so i get my reward ... all is well and good. However, when i restart the game to test it .. it reverts to day 1 and it shows the next reward in 23 hours 37 minutes etc!!!
