I'm on android and already followed that steps on another device as i wrote to you:
based on you reply i've installed candy crush on a new device and did "Retrieve my progress" what returned me to level 6 instead of level 3595🙁
Is there anoyher way t resync my 3595 levels from my phone to my King account?

Your Candy Crush Saga and Pyramid Solitaire Saga are saved on the King account with Game ID 10338610252 and email m****1nl@mahi.nl.
The Game ID 11624589430 is to a new account with email hi**e.j***er@mahi.nl where no game has been saved on.
Please log out from the King account and log back in with the email starting with m.
Regarding the ranking. If it gets reset or lost, you cannot restore it I'm afraid.

Great that it's all OK now.
I am not able to delete any game accounts.
You will need to email Player Support through the game's Settings and Help Center and refer to the GDPR and the right to be forgotten. Please make sure and clear to Player Support that only one account is to be deleted, the process is normally to delete all data that King has about you including all accounts and games.

Yesterday candy crush and primad where synchonizing perfectly under iser id 10338610252 and email m****1nl@gmail.com
This day my Piramide profile changed on my phone and the id is 11630551169, email m***1nl@mahi.nl and my 100 goldbars aren't synchonizing. Levels are correct (See pictures)
Would you be so kind to fix this again so everything works well again?
