What is wrong with this game? Resets on game restart!

I play the game on Windows 10 platform on my laptop via facebook. I am currently level 1252. Here is the problem ....
When i restart the game, either at the start of the day, or during the day - the game resets lots of things as though I am just starting the game for the day ...
Things that the game saves - My Level, My Inventory, Booster Wheel usage, Chocolate Box & Fantastic Five Progress
Things that the game resets :-
My Daily Win Sticker (as if i win another level the game thinks its the first of the day), so I am currently stuck on day 1
Treat Calendar (stuck on day 1) it will go to day 2 when the clock ticks over, but upon restarting the next day it is back to day 1.
Health - upon start or restart my health lives are full, and any gifted lives are restored as un-used.
Do not suggest a reset, logging out/in, clearing of cache etc as already tried this. Do not suggest playing off line as this is impossible when using Facebook/Windows as you need to be on-line to log on to restore your progress from your server!

@bluemoon4ever We tried going through this yesterday just same questions., but only trying to help you i think can you make sure game is saved and try uninstalling and re-installing.dont know why this is doing this but know both me and Sukanta also play win 10 app and my treat calendar works okay and as explained there is a problem with daily win sticker so think just need to be patient with that awaiting a fix.
only time i have seen this happen is through date manipulation

I would request you to install Microsoft app by clicking HERE.
You get rid of your problems and you can find a few new events.

@bluemoon4ever can ask a quick question as i can test see if it makes any difference. Are you trying to claim daily treat on both Facebook and win 10 app. Theory i wonder if one plays about with the other

1) I cant install any MS apps on my computer for some reason or other.
2) I dont wish to install a 3rd party app on my computer. I am happy using facebook for my games. I never had any problem with any of the Zynga games before they folded, or Mob wars, Mafia Reloaded etc. If you cant guarantee the game to work properly on facebook then why do you advertise it on there?

The best and only trouble shooting for the game on Windows 10 is to reset the app.
Go to Windows icon - Settings - Apps - Apps & Features - Candy Crush Saga - Advanced Options - Reset.
If that doesn't work, then there is not much you can try out.

I dont have it installed on an App - I use it via facebook. For some reason or other Windows Store doesnt work on my laptop. However I have managed to install the game using an Android Emulator (called Andy) on my Laptop, and it seems to work ok once i paired it with my FB account.

Playing on the ap works better than playing through FB and browser. Just saying.
