I make a purchase and I am being double charged. So my 7.99 purchase turns into being 17.10. I have asked Apple for refund but I am being denied. Can you help? Thanks

U have to email support with ur account id for them to check... did u press twice to buy? N Apple deny u ... what the reason they give ...

Please note that Apple merges several purchases you made in all your games and apps in the same period into one big transaction instead of charging them separately.

Please log in to your Apple-ID and check the purchase history and the receipts. On the receipt you find all purchases from the same period that are charged at the same time from your account.

If there are errors, then Apple Support should refund the incorrect amount, but please first compare the total amount on the receipt in your Apple-ID with that you have been charged.

Since the purchase is handled by Apple and only they have access to your Apple-ID and the payment details, only Apple can make a refund.

They refunded one time but will not refund any of the other charges

@pjacks44 keep going at Apple support they have a duty to refund you for over charging you. Would also think about changing payment type

I tried but don’t know how. My phone requires a double click so I think it will pull a double charge from any account. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

@pjacks44 Only ever used paypal and never had a problem but not used for a while so not sure if still accepted
