Lost my levels .

I changed my password on fb and lost my levels . Now when I try to sign in it logs into my husbands account (his account is not on my phone ) I don't understand how this has happened . I was on level 4446 and it's driving me nuts that I can't get it back !!

any help would be great . I've deleted and logged out of candy crush and fb many times and it's not helped at all.
