Seems like you've got issues similar to players in a different thread; it's allegedly being worked on, so take that for whatever it's worth.
But post your game ID over there & someone should get back to you on that (maybe)...
This issue will usually sort itself out in no time. However, I have a few suggestions that might work. Of course, make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the app. Try logging out and back in and/or switching between your King account and Facebook account. If the issue isn't resolved after you are certain it has been 24 hours since you've spun the wheel, you can contact Tech support. In the meantime, go ahead and get your crush on every chance you get!

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
