For some unknown reason, I have an internet connection now, after over a year without one! I did nothing at all different. Maybe someone in the tech department finally fixed the problem. Anyway, it's a pleasant surprise!
I've a question, I have exactly that issue now. I a read the only way to fix is to uninstall the game. I reached level 1984 and I want to be sure that I could restart the game without loosing my progression. Could you please confirm that?

There is a solution for Android users but it is too complex to describe here. If you are technically minded it can be researched online. I have the same issue on one of my games but TBH it is not worth the hassle for me. It may however be worth it for others. I prefer to keep the game with the boosters as it stands as it is the game which I completed most levels on, which I like to go back to and I'm not interested in passing any new ones.
I also get the connection error when I try to log in. Also get the spinning wheel and I cannot purchase extra lives. I do not want to uninstall and lose my progress. Please help.

If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.
To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.
If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.

It works for me With the session closed and the game closed, turn off all WiFi connections, turn off mobile data, etc. that there is no internet connection Open the game at that moment, the application will tell you that there is no connection. So they turn on the xonexion, either data or wifi, but with the game open. If the application does not react, log out and open again. There it will have been solved I hope I have explained myself well
