It's been like that for more than a month already and it happened since one of the last updates...

For some unknown reason, I have an internet connection now, after over a year without one! I did nothing at all different. Maybe someone in the tech department finally fixed the problem. Anyway, it's a pleasant surprise!

Just got my candy crush jelly sorted after back and forth with King now it’s happening with candy crush saga - get it sorted King

Well, I was happy too soon. My connection problem was solved for just about a week. Now, it's gone again. Back to playing without any prizes.

Hello!
I've a question, I have exactly that issue now. I a read the only way to fix is to uninstall the game. I reached level 1984 and I want to be sure that I could restart the game without loosing my progression. Could you please confirm that?

I've been like this since yesterday Does not connect to King or Facebook I've already tried everything Turn off internet, turn off device, nothing, the problem persists I don't want to uninstall the app so I don't lose boosters

There is a solution for Android users but it is too complex to describe here. If you are technically minded it can be researched online. I have the same issue on one of my games but TBH it is not worth the hassle for me. It may however be worth it for others. I prefer to keep the game with the boosters as it stands as it is the game which I completed most levels on, which I like to go back to and I'm not interested in passing any new ones.
