how to beat level 4372?

Okay, I have been playing level 4372 for a while now and can NOT beat it. There are 3 cherry's that you have to drop, and when I get them dropped they go right past the place they are supposed to go out. Has happened a few times now, and getting sick of it. This is a picture of how it goes past it.

:@Gregg_Stennett must of changed recently as video the same 1 month ago. I have just done this level on iphone app and i have different layout (same as yours) now so i apologise, but mine as soon as dropped went straight into collected and did not drop under the collection point. Will tag @kiara_wael as she can get them to look at this but as said mine worked fine. would check your app is up to date and restart device to make sure. hopefully you get resolved soon

For this level try to play from bottom part of the board to shuffle the candies and make special candy. Combine them with each other and use more striped candy to move the ingredients and take them out from the board.

Freddy_Falkner If you look at the playing board, mine is different from the one you put on there (if mine was like that one I would have won 3 - 4 times already) I have gotten all 3 of them open but they don't drop out like they are supposed to.
