Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

I want to save my progress but I am not logged in to anything. I made an account, but I am playing on my iPad with no account. I’m on a very high level, and don’t want to lose it, but I want to be able to get rewards. Prizes and for some reason it says I have a connection issue. How can I save it and sync it to an email?
