Every level I play I get this message. “You have completed this episode. Episode bonus is locked.”

@llabrash try playing the level you default to again and completing. have seen this when you complete the level you are defaulting to again it rectifies the problem and puts you back were you should be on map.
Episode bonus says activates when you complete episode so may be down to your default setting on map if you have passed this episode. try these tips see if anything improves

Each Episode is a separate Master Trophy challenge and the rewards that you get on the Episode are only valid or active on the next Episode in the game.
So, if you complete an Episode with Diamond, the Extra Move will be added every time you play a level in the next Episode only.

Now I have another question. How can I get switch hands to work? I click the icon, my screen displays the orange-red hand in the upper right corner. I click a candy to activate the switch and nothing happens. I have tried clicking multiple candies to activate the switch and nothing happens. I play on an iPad if that makes any difference. I have 50+ of these rewards and I would like to use them.

Hi @llabrash .
Switch hands only u can switch the candies around the candy which u want to move. U can not move or switch any where in the screen. Just click on the candy u want to switch and move it on left side or right side or up and down.
Also u can not move any candies if there is hurdle. 1st u need to clear that hurdle.
