Another thing I’ve just found out to my cost is that CC uses your hard-won build-a-bot boosters to play, for example, Tiffi and the Beanstalk, so when you lose a level you lose the boosters but when you win a level it doesn’t add them back in. I would never have started playing the Tiffi thing had I known this but had run out of levels to play... Fun times!

@dinzle thank you for informing us about this trick! Tiffi and the beanstalk has never been interesting to me because the games are hard and losing is frustrating. I'm at level 7007, waiting for new episodes, my BaB is fully charged, so I wouldn't risk it for silly games :-)

Celebrating 50 days of not playing CC. Kudos to the development team who has spoilt the game to the extent they could do. One of the worst development team which never listens to the players and kills the spirit of the game with absolutely useless updates.

Congrats on your resistance to play this game! I'm trying to wean myself from it too. The levels over level 7000 are out if this world in terms of difficulty. The joy is ling gone. The game has turned into a frustrating and annoying activity. But if King thinks they can extract money out of me, they are frigging wrong! :-)

Just checked in to Candy Crush to see if they'd reverted any of their recent horrifying changes. Nope, they're even worse! The latest Build a Bot now has only three levels instead of five, and they don't charge on replays. What a joke. As I wrote back on April 12 (page 127 of this discussion), I was going to stop for good at level 3126 if the changes remained in place. So I'm still at 3126 and do not plan to play again. I see that "Levels this Week" is a big fat zero for me and for most of my friends who used to play. Farewell, all.
