Just look at his outfit and the watch in his hand don't seems similar to that of a conductor's outfit .
The sassy and brilliant colour combination is just awesome. So my vite to CASEY THE CONDUCTOR.

Casey makes the most sense because she has a conductor uniform, and she has a railroad watch. Conductors use them to see the time, and if they are late or early. And when the game was older, when beating the first episode, you saw Tiffi in a train.

Iβm new here but Iβm casting my vote for Ellie the Engineer because Director & Conductor seem to be titles too trivial to denote the courage, studious effort & obstacles that had to be overcome by Ellie to obtain such a prestigious position. She deserves a title that lends credence to her efforts!
