Trust me, they are working on it. The trouble is that the game needs to connect to different servers for different features. Until a solution is found we need to do it from our end by disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting, preferably with a different connection. It is a pain if you are waiting to spin the wheel at the end of a level, as this has to be done with the game still open.
