The Community is only in English (even though I am Finnish speaking myself), but Player Support have several languages.

If your phone is in Finnish the Help Center should then also be in Finnish and your email automatically reach the Finnish Support Team.

I am having the same problem. When you complete the chronicles and can buy the boosters. Weird.
