    Hi @Pat-8 & @Sukanta_Biswas,


    This was reported by Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas, on May 16th, 2020, or even before that date. But it was on the:

    "Win 10 PC - Desktop App", as far as I know. The issue was a "Looping Issue", I took a screenshot of it.

    You say you play on a "iPhone", so can't help you on that. I use "Win 10 PC - Desktop App", on gaming. Also the current version is now:

    Candy Crush Saga v1.1771.3.0 Modified 5/28/2020 *Update!

    However, you may be current on the game, but you might be behind on both "Firmware" & "Software", updates for the device.

    Hello everyone. This issue has been reported to the CMs for this game. As soon as we hear anything back from the studio we will let you know.

    I have been told that the studio 'tweaked' the level yesterday and that it should be working fine now. If you are still having problems please report back here so I can let the studio know there is still a problem. Please make sure you include (if you haven't already) your make and model of the device you and playing on and your game ID. It is the weekend already in Europe, so please be patient because you may not hear anything until next week.

    I would edit your email address of here so you do not want unwanted messages. Your Game ID is found by going to log out screen above you picture / avatar is a king sign. Double click on this and it will display your game ID in numbers

    Nope. Not fixed. I play on iPhone and downloaded on the win 10 PC and on Facebook. ID 1720122717.

    Having same problem with 7012! No chocolate maker! Impossible level!!

    Still having same issue even after reboot.

    There aren’t enough moves to clear the twists and have enough chocolate generate to meet the requirements.

    Boosters etc can’t help.

    I've also been trying to complete level 7012. The closest I got was 7 chocolates.

    Crazy level.
