For 1, I got C since the first year I actually played Candy Crush was in October 2013. I stayed here because of Candy Crush Wikia, and its amazing presentation even though it was incomplete at the time.
For 2, it has varied a lot. There has been "hot" and "cold" periods, right now it was a colder period for me. There has been times I've spent on hours on Candy Crush and other times I've never progressed.
For 3, I never really recommended Candy Crush to anyone unless they are programmers!
