Can’t connect with Facebook either with my King account

Hi everybody I need help please. Since few days I’m stuck on level 7012 with no chocolate generator so I upgraded my CCS. Since this day I can’t connect with Facebook, I can’t send lives, my chocolate box event has disappeared as well as my build a bot, my fantastic five is grayed out and synchronization with other devices doesn’t work anymore... I have a King account but I can’t connect me with... I send you pictures and hope you could fix these issues. Playing on IPad and IPhone, my ID is 6790446857. Thank uuu for your help and excuse my English I’m french

    Very sorry @seasong that this happened with you! We have a solution for this!

    Instead of going to the "Already have a King Account? Login here" Button click on the Blue Button with "Connect to Facebook". Login There. Please also note for future that the "King Account" and "Facebook Acoount" are different, This will hopefully help you.

    As I said above when I try to connect with Facebook (with the blue button) it works but synchronization doesn’t (no events, no profile photo, no friends on map).

    I know Facebook and King are different but I prefer playing with my King account. When I try to connect with my King account I have a message inviting me to try later, since six days...

    It worked until I updated my CCS 1.177.1.3 version

    Thats strange.

    Many people are facing problems above 7000 level.

    It takes some time to load @seasong!

    Sometimes these steps may help after logging in:

    1)Close the App

    2)Clear Device Cache and App Cache

    3)Restart your Device

    4)Open the App

    5)Play and win a level(any level)

    I closed the app, clear device and app cache, restarted my device, played and won a level. But still no works... Synchronization doesn’t work either between my two devices.

    Thank you so much for your help, I ask you before contact King directly on support.
