@diwalshy24 Welcome to the community.
To change your preferences:
1st make sure you are signed into the profile you want to stop the email notifications for.
Then either go to https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/profile/preferences/ or Settings wheel / Edit Profile:
Click on Notification Preferences then select which notifications you require via email or popup.
IMPORTANT: Remember to save the changes before leaving the page!

Welcome to our community @diwalshy24! There was a problem with the server 2 days ago and since yesterday I think we've all been flooded with emails. I got over 1000 yesterday and I fear opening up my email today. @Bumper2019 gave you excellent details on how to change the notifications. Have you tried it yet?

Hi @Emmalaine , do you know your friends username? If you do you can tag your friend just as I have tagged you here. I will try to explain tagging.
Learn how to communicate: Tagging someone is how to communicate with someone in the community. Place the symbol “@” and start typing the members username. A pop-up box should appear with the members user name. Just tap/click on the members user name to make it active. They will receive a Notification from you. This is great when asking questions or responding to others.
