As of this morning, I can't get the app to load. All I'm seeing is this screen, sometimes it crashes right away. Could you please look into this.

Yes, I did try reloading, rerstarting my PC didn't help either. It's working through FB, just not the app.

Have you already installed the new Windows 10 version 2004 or the old 1909. Yesterday there was also an update for this version. I guess it's because
Windows 10 working ok for me my version was downloaded around 2 months ago so guessing the newer version but all ok

I've updated the Windows10 version to 1909, I can't see version 2004 just yet. But it's not working. It just keeps crashing. I uninstalled the app, restarted the device, reinstalled the app, restarted my PC again. I've tried it all, but it's not working.

Happy to know I'm not the only one. Hope they get this fixed soon.
Such a problem has been found in the latest version and I have also encountered this problem.

I received an information a while ago where I was told they could not identify the problem. I can't find my problem right now but can you let me know by checking again?
