Yikes!!!, mine is 19 moves but definitely not like this. the layout is the same but not blockade or licorice stuff. Mine has the switch candies that moves randomly. Since its the hard level, you need boosters like colour bombs, wrapped candies and the strips. Try and update your game, your hurdles might change.

I don't remember how I passed this level ... I'm far away ........
