Can a mod/admin reset my progress?

Hello,
I tried emailing support because if it’s possible, I would like you all to reset my progress back to level 1 please. I tried emailing like I mentioned, but I keep getting auto responses that have nothing to do with anything. I would just like the opportunity to restart the saga from the beginning.
