Everyone who has the extra live feature in the game belongs to the test group. Since this feature belongs to the test group, not everyone will get this feature in his game.
However, you can also be a part of this group. Keep playing the game by keeping your game app updated.
Currently you will also get the option of an extra live's from the Diamond Trophy

Hi @Sneha_reddy hope you have famliarise yourself in our community. I wish to share some of my personal tips when I'm out of lives and eagerly wanted to complete the Fast Race or a level ahead of my friends. This may sound tedious but it's just a suggestion. You may try it out whenever you feel like it.
Once I'm out of life in my mobile game, I will turn to playing at my laptop/PC with Windows 10. At the same time open few different browsers i.e. Modzilla, Google or Microsoft Edge for log in to FB. If you have installed the game in other devices, also good.
Move on by playing the same game after you finish our life because when you log in at different browser/device, your will have full 5 lives. By the time you finish playing all, rotate again and I'm sure the lives in your mobile has been restored to at least 2-3 lives. However, please ensure that your game progress in all devices are properly sync. Hope this help you a little in making sure you can play your game continuously.
