Help with a frozen episode race

I need help with ma episode race because ive played 45 levels with no Gold given to me buh. The first people at the finish line don't change its like they finished 500 episodes ago and I have to play those levels for my episode race to continue

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please try Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Think this is on another level from the recent picture I posted same players at the finish line.
I think they froze
I completed the past episode but the first four players got stuck at the finish line

@mukisafisher You already have thread for this that we are trying to help you on. Think you will need to contact support services from your game or the contact us at bottom of page, you will need your game ID for this. Explain to them your problem so they can look in to this

Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.
Sign back in your game and see whether the issue is the same. If yes, please contact our Player Support here https://soporto.king.com/contact.

Its the best thing in this case try to contact support from ur game application.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Events and Challenges - Contact us and send them an email.
