Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please try Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
@mukisafisher You already have thread for this that we are trying to help you on. Think you will need to contact support services from your game or the contact us at bottom of page, you will need your game ID for this. Explain to them your problem so they can look in to this
Hi @mukisafisher @MukisaMarvin please do the following:-
Log out from the game entirely and close the app.
Clear your phone cache/storage space. DO NOT clear game data.
Restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.
Sign back in your game and see whether the issue is the same. If yes, please contact our Player Support here https://soporto.king.com/contact.
